As an Alternative Education Campus (AEC), we will give priority to children with a primary formal diagnosis of dyslexia/SLD or those children who struggle with reading, writing, and spelling, and have the characteristics of dyslexia. 

Qualified students are those who complete the application process and have a primary diagnosis of dyslexia/SLD, an IEP that supports the primary disability being served as dyslexia/SLD, or the characteristics of dyslexia/SLD and/or have demonstrated the need for such specific services through (but not limited to) documentation in a formal evaluation, IEP, 504 plan, or documentation from previous schools that the student is not meeting grade-specific standards in literacy.
